【征稿】2018第二届深圳“琵鹭杯”公共艺术精英赛通告

为进一步加强软城市文化建设,实现“环境优先、生态立市、文化同行”的城市建设目标。促进公共艺术生态的健康发展,搭建行业信息交流、资源互通、学术研究的平台,推动深圳市乃至全国公共艺术的良性发展,我们定于2018年10月~12月,举行2018第二届深圳“琵鹭杯”公共艺术精英赛的作品征集。

一、活动名称:2018第二届深圳“琵鹭杯”公共艺术精英赛

二、活动主题:通·融——文化创造财富

三、征集形式

本次活动采用面向社会公开征集入选30件公共艺术作品。凡认同本次主题和宗旨,具有公共艺术创作能力的国内外艺术家均可报名参加,不限国别、民族、年龄、性别。

四、作品要求

1.主题阐释:作品主题以凸显金融对文化经济的促进作用,以文化创造财富为基本理念,展开作品的组织创作和选拔。作品主题的核心关键词:融合、增长、发展、汇聚。

2.参赛作品要求作者拥有作品全部的知识产权,具有原创性和创新性。

3.作品征稿一律采用网上报名的方式,每位作者提交2~3件作品的图片,每件作品提供三个拍摄角度的资料供评委会评选;同时,须填写组委会统一制定的参赛作者登记表以及提供相应附带资料。

4.参赛作者应在(11月15日24时)前将填写完整的《2018第二届深圳“琵鹭杯”公共艺术精英赛报名登记表》以及报名作品的相关资料发至组委会指定邮箱diaosunet@163.com(主题标注:姓名、“琵鹭杯”活动报名);发送一件以上作品的图片要与作品说明对应,明确清晰。组装作品要有清楚明了的安装图。发送邮箱的所有电子版相关图片解析度应在300DPI以上。作品图片为JPG格式,不应标注任何文字信息,图片电子文件应按作者姓名、作品名称、规格、材料格式命名。登记表格填写务必清楚,不漏项。报送材料逾期将不被受理。发送多件作品的图片要与作品说明对应明确、清晰。

5.参赛作品由评审委员会评选后,其结果由组委会负责通知入选作者,并在主办方网站(雕塑在线www.diaosunet.com和深圳市新空间公共艺术研究院http://nspai.cn/)公布。

6.本次大赛将评出“优秀奖”30名。获得“优秀奖”的作品须在12月13日前将立体实物作品运至指定地点,准备参展,逾期视为自动放弃。

7.获奖作品的实物尺寸为40~80cm,(如有特殊尺寸可与主办方联系),硬质材料(易碎品将不予接收),国际标准箱包装。

五、活动与时间安排

1.作品征集时间:10月15日~11月15日

2.作品评选阶段:11月16日~11月18日

3.获奖作品送展阶段:11月19日~12月13日

4.送展作品尺寸:40~80cm

5.展览时间(12月15日~12月29日)

六、关于获奖作品

针对第一阶段方案征募的作品方案评选出“琵鹭杯Ÿ优秀奖”30名,奖金10000元/件,其作者将被邀请参加颁奖典礼暨学术论坛,受颁奖杯及荣誉证书;获奖作品将被推荐到深圳证券山主题公园放大制作成公共艺术落地作品(3~5米),第二阶段深化设计落地阶段的版权费约100000/件(含税,版权费依据落地情况具体洽谈)

七、知识产权

1.应征作品的著作权受中国法律保护,最终获得优秀奖并建设实施的艺术作品,除署名权以外的一切知识产权归组织方与作者共同拥有。

2.主办方对包括本规则在内的本次征集活动的所有文件保留最终解释权。任何与本次征集活动有关的未尽事宜,均由主办方进一步制定相应规定或进行解释。

3.参赛艺术家作品不得侵犯第三方的专利权、著作权、商标权、名誉权或其他任何合法权益,若出现纠纷责任自负。

4.活动主办单位有权对本次活动项目的作品汇编出版、发行以及进行公益宣传的无偿使用。

八、其他

1.所有入选“优秀奖” 的作品,其参展的往返运输费用由主办方承担。

2.所有获奖作品的作者将受邀出席2018第二届深圳“琵鹭杯”颁奖典礼暨公共艺术学术论坛,组织方将为其提供与会期间的食宿。

3.对入选本次活动的获奖人才,主办方会根据深圳龙岗人才政策优先引进。

4.本次活动新闻发布权和对相关问题的解释权归主办方。

Callfor Entry: 2018 Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Awards for Public Art

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting entries for the2018 Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Awards for Public Art. As part of our effort tocontribute to the building of soft city, and a public forum for the knowledgeand resource exchange, the Spoonbill Cup Awards aim at growing a healthycommunity for the development of public art in China.

 

Event: 2018 Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Awards for Public Art

Theme: Connection & Fusion – Culture creatives fortune

 

Entries for the 2018 Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Awards for Public Art mustbe submitted between October and December 2018. Amongst the entries from thepublic, a total of 30 artworks will be selected. The Call is open to allmembers of the public of any nationalities regardless of age, gender orethnicity.

 

Entry requirements:

1. TheAwards encourage individuals who share the same vision as that expressed by thetheme, which recognises the importance of building connections betweenindividuals from the creative, commercial and academic backgrounds to establisha community that fuses our common interests in promoting public art. It is alsoan acknowledgement of the positive impact of finance on the development ofculture with a focus on integration, growth, development and convergence.

2.  Allparticipants must own the IP of their works with creative integrity andinnovation.

3.  All worksmust be submitted online and each participant may submit photos of up to 3pieces which must be photographed from three angles. Participants must alsocomplete an official registration form with supporting documents.

4. Theregistration form must be completed and submitted by 23:59, 15thNovember 2018 along with all artwork photos, to our official email diaosunet@163.com. (Pleasewrite your name and “registration for the Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Awards” in theSubject.) The submission of photos of more than one piece of work must beclearly indicated. Manuals must also be attached to any installation pieces.Image quality must be 300DPI or above and in JPG format, without texts. Allimage files must be named with name of the participant, work title and materialused.                  Please bear in mind that we will bedealing with a huge amount of entries; any late submissions will be dismissedby default.

5. After theselection process, the Selection Committee will contact successful participantsand make public announcement on websites: SculptureOnline at www.diaosunet.comandShenzhen New Space Public Art Institute http://nspai.cn/.

6. 30 piecesof work will be selected for the Awards. All works awarded with “ExcellenceAward” have to be delivered by 13th December to a designated addressfor exhibition. Any late comers will be treated as withdrawal.   

7. Allselected works must meet 40-80cm in size (length?), be made in hard materialsand packaged by international standard. Anything made with fragile materialwill not be accepted and for any inquiries regarding to the size, pleasecontact us.

 

Schedule:

1. Submissionperiod: 15th October – 15th November

2. Selectionperiod: 16th November – 18th November

3. Deliveryperiod: 19th November – 13th December

4. Size:40-80 cm

5. Exhibitionperiod: 15th December – 29th December

 

About the awards:

For 30 artworks with “Excellence Award” for the 2018 Spoonbill CupAwards for Public Art will be awarded with 10000 RMB per piece. Winners will beinvited to attend the Annual Forum for Public Art, given the award andcertificate. Selected artworks will also feature as public artworks on a largerscale (of 3-5 metres tall) in the newly built theme park forShenzhen Exchange.

The second phase will see the finalisation of copy rights feel of 100000RMB per piece (inc. tax) during the later stage.

 

About the intellectual property:

1. Under theprotection of Chinese law, the intellectual property of the work is co-owned bythe organisers and the owner, except for the right of signature.

2. Theorganisers reserve the right of final interpretation for all documents relatedto the Call and they are responsible for any guiding principles andinterpretations of any unfinished tasks related to the event.

3. Participatingartists must not breach the patent right, copyright, trademark right, rihtreputation and other legal rights of the Third Party. Otherwise, participantswill be legally responsible for any consequences.

4.Theorganisers have the right to compile, publish and publicize the works forfree. 

 

Further remarks

1. Alltransportation fees are covered by the organisers.

2. Allaccommodation and meals will be covered by the organiser for all participatingartists of the selected works.       

3. Allawarded artists will be prioritised in the introduction to the ShenzhenLonggang Talent Policy.

4. All rightfor interpretation for all PR activities will be reserved for the organisers.
